Teams are the best way to get work done, and the smaller the group, the better, according to Jim Fowler, CIO of GE Capital,

That advice might seem odd coming from the CIO of a large organization. Mr. Fowler leads a group of 4,500 people and plans to add 1,000 more to his ranks. GE Capital has a workforce of 40,000, and the workforce of GE itself is in the 300,000 range.
