Leadership

David Ward

Founder & CEO

David Brian Ward’s career spans 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive leader of software innovation at firms large and small. Mr. Ward founded Telegraph Hill in 2010 to provide leading edge technical management consulting and onsite software development teams to fast-growing firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The more virtual our social relationships, the more overwhelmingly important onsite physical presence is. That's why face to face teams are a core principle of an agile methodology.

Eric Lan

CTO

Eric Lan has 25+ years of success leading and growing software engineering teams, both in large corporate IT environments and venture-backed startups, across many industries. A co-inventor of Hyperion Essbase, Eric was a leader in the use of data for advanced analytics long before the current “big data” trend. Eric manages our agile project teams for maximum productivity – the quality required for mission-critical software.

Software engineering today is all about innovations, processes, disciplines, collaborations, and most importantly, executions – same as it was 25 years ago!
